intake 6/2

sorry for the possible negativity here guys, i’m having an allergic reaction atm :/ i’ve taken benadryl and am currently drinking lots of water (kinda drank my weight in tea today so i’m not feelin it right now). my intake today started out pretty good but i went to my mom’s house and ate a little more than i should have. here it is:

breakfast:

-parfait (granola, greek yogurt, grapes, peaches, bananas, strawberries)

lunch:

-two spinach nuggets

-small handful of pistachios

-baby carrots

dinner (went out to hibachi/chinese buffet!):

-hibachi style rice, green peppers, onions, broccoli and scallions

-a piece of watermelon

-one bite of chinese doughnut

-three bites of apple pie

random shit i ate at my mom’s around 10pm because i was hungry/bored:

-tater tots

-about 1/2 fried egg

-biscuit

BLAH I CANT WAIT TO EAT LIKE A NORMAL PERSON TOMORROW :C /soashamed

Oh my god…. this is making me speechless……

A good example that it’s not just about eating. There are so many other factors that contribute to weight and lifestyle. Address those factors in addition to improving nutrition and exercise and you will have more sustainable weight loss.

This makes me soo sad! :’(

Oh my god, you must watch this…

I CAN NOT wait to be a mom and teach my children everything I’ve learned about proper nutrients and being healthy and cooking them healthy yummy meals and all of that.. this is so sad.. I got shivers at the end.

if this doesnt make you want to start eating clean and working out i dont think anything will just saying
