intake 6/2
sorry for the possible negativity here guys, i’m having an allergic reaction atm :/ i’ve taken benadryl and am currently drinking lots of water (kinda drank my weight in tea today so i’m not feelin it right now). my intake today started out pretty good but i went to my mom’s house and ate a little more than i should have. here it is:
breakfast:
-parfait (granola, greek yogurt, grapes, peaches, bananas, strawberries)
lunch:
-two spinach nuggets
-small handful of pistachios
-baby carrots
dinner (went out to hibachi/chinese buffet!):
-hibachi style rice, green peppers, onions, broccoli and scallions
-a piece of watermelon
-one bite of chinese doughnut
-three bites of apple pie
random shit i ate at my mom’s around 10pm because i was hungry/bored:
-tater tots
-about 1/2 fried egg
-biscuit
BLAH I CANT WAIT TO EAT LIKE A NORMAL PERSON TOMORROW :C /soashamed
